 The Extra Terrestrial Disclosure Project

The Beginning of the Extra Terrestrial  Disclosure Project was in 1979, when I witnessed my first anomalous object. It was a long dark cylindrical shape that disappeared into a cloud a fraction of it's length, being only 10 years old and no concecpt of these matters accepted it was there and I
simply said 'Hello'. It took 32 years to realise I had been heared that day, a simple act that I found influenced the course of my life, and eventually led to the assembly of The Blue Book; The Ultimate Project.
At the age of 15 I encountered religion and decided if there was a God there must be a Devil, so in my naivety words were said that changed everything. Something heared those words and a tall humanoid shape in silhouette appeared next to my bed. What happened next I can only describe as being scanned. A band of energy worked its way from my feet to my head then blackness.
This set the stage for the next 25 years, finding my way through forms of Christianity and Satanism. Both unconventionally practiced before finally enbarking on an equally unconventional Shamanic Path as a balancing point between the two extremes of Faith. By the end of this period I knew we were not the only beings on this Planet. But it still felt like I was waiting for something that was yet to come.
Then in 2011 I wtnessed a silver squat ciger shaped  object hanging low enough that it appeared to be in the gap between two houses, the only visible features being two black bands around the object near the tapered end and what appeared to be a long silver rectangular box of set from the
central line near the wider end of the object. For several months after this I had the feeling that what I was looking for was on its way. I searched the internet for a specific but unknown image, I knew I would know it when i found it. But I found it is hard to find a photograph that had not been taken.

The downsides are life as a closely monitored slave—and that he can’t be with Piper, the dolph-girl he loves…

To make matters worse, Joel discovers the lab he grew up in has extracted his sperm and Piper’s egg and created a baby, and his handler, Craven, is plotting to kidnap Amy for more experiments. Now Joel must rescue the infant, bring her to Piper, and find a way to save Amy. I love reading romance, but even more, I love to write it. My characters hound me, demanding their stories are told. I’m happy to oblige, giving them the romance they’re after, provided they can accept a little angst and adventure along the way. In beautiful New Zealand, I live with my hubby and four energetic children, and adore using the stunning countries of the South Pacific as backdrops in many of my books. One day I hope to travel further afield, to visit the Scottish Highlands, America, and everywhere between. Currently I have three series underway. Highlander Heat, historical Highlander romances, feature strong heroines whose paths collide with their delicious Highland heroes. Magio-Earth, is a fast-paced YA fantasy romance line, where across worlds, soul-bound mates battle against both love and land. And in Bodyguards, each heart-pounding story will bring you a bodyguard and the woman he protects. There is no greater feeling than seeing my characters come to life, so come and join me...where romance meets fantasy and adventure.

Book Description:

In the tradition of Wild by Cheryl Strayed, comes a novel of two suburban women who decide to hike the Appalachian Trail, escaping their lives as moms and wives in search of nature, adventure, and the ultimate diet plan.

How does a woman know what she wants after spending 20 years thinking about her husband and children? Sometimes it takes a distraction from everyday life, time to examine the forest before the trees become clear. With no previous camping experience, Andi and Jess begin the 2100-mile odyssey from Georgia to Maine. The friends figure life on the trail can't possibly be worse than dealing with disgruntled husbands, sullen teens home from college, and a general malaise that has crept up in their daily lives. At the very least, the women are bound to return home thin.

Book Excerpt:

Prologue

Raindrops trickled down Jess’ nose. Her sodden boots plodded along, squooshing the mud with each step.
“Why did I do this?” She threw her head back, her face raised in lament to the sky. The hood of her rain poncho slipped off. The empty forest around her offered no answer, just a steady rain. Then, far above the treetops, she glimpsed a bolt of lightning streaking toward a nearby mountain and heard an answering boom of thunder. She cringed and scuttled faster down the trail.
For nearly two hours, since the wind first whispered its urgency through the leaves, and the raindrops began to fall, Jess had been hiking through the thunderstorm with no place to stop and dry off. No place to get warm. No offer of coffee or a dryer where she could heat up her clingy socks. She walked alone on the Appalachian Trail.
Like being in the middle of labor and deciding she didn’t want to give birth after all, Jess could not turn back. Well, she could turn back, but she would find only more of the same -- woods and rain and an endless trail.
This adventure was all Andi’s idea. As Jess trudged through the forest in the unrelenting rain, she blamed her best friend and hiking companion, Andi, who had pushed the hike as a great way to lose weight. And, when Jess’ teenagers took off for the summer leaving a big gap where the role of mother used to be, she thought a hike with Andi might fill that space. Andi, who, with her long legs, strode ahead, maybe miles away by now, claiming she had to hurry to the nearest shelter to keep the tent dry. Andi had tucked Jess’ poncho around her pack before presenting her back for Jess to return the favor.
“See you at the shelter,” Andi had called. “Only about three miles farther.”
In the city, a three-mile walk might take 45 minutes, an hour if she stopped to window shop. Here, in the mountains, it could last days as she climbed up peaks and descended into valleys. Oh, who was she kidding? She would never walk three miles in the city. She would get in her car and drive.
The thunder crashed louder, and Jess eyed the spiky greenery of a large fir tree. She could take cover under the tree, be a little bit sheltered. Even as she considered taking refuge, she stumbled past the tree, walking, walking.
Tears joined the rain on her face. She felt trapped. No exit ramps in sight. She could only continue to walk.
The wind ripped at her poncho as she climbed slippery stones that had been placed to form stairs. At the top, the wind gusts grew stronger and tried to push her back down. She hurried on along the ridge. Her walking poles dug into the mud that edged the rocks along the path.
On this crest, she stood exposed to the wind and rain and lightning. Rhododendron bushes lined the trail below, but the only plant that dared to peek through the crevices on this crag was a lone sycamore tree. If Jess could escape this bare slope, the trees ahead would provide an arching umbrella across the trail. As she started to descend with the trail, her boot slid across a slick stone, and she toppled backward in slow motion. She wheeled her arms, trying to right herself, but could not stop the plunge until her backpack hit the ground, and she landed – thump – on top of it.
This was supposed to be a diet plan, not a death sentence, she thought, lying on her back like a turtle on its shell, her arms and legs sprawled helplessly at her side. I may drown. The downpour pummeled her full in the face, but she lacked the energy to sit up, free herself from the 30-pound pack, heft it onto her back, and start the hike again.
As the rain doused her face, she slipped one arm from her pack and turned onto her side, away from the sky. For just a moment, she allowed herself to rest, curled into the fetal position beside her pack. A tingle began in her spine, and, in the moment she pondered why—everything went black.

The Bosom of Abraham by Beatrice Blue Pipe Book Feature

Title: The Bosom of Abraham
Author: Beatrice Blue Pipe
Publisher: iUniverse
Pages: 90
Genre: Historical Biography
Format: Kindle/Paperback

As a child, Beatrice Blue Pipe was confused and hurt by what her teachers told her.

As a student, her teachers at Canada’s Christian-administered residential school system taught that God hated Canada’s First Peoples and First Nations. From Blue Pipe’s perspective, she was condemned. As she grew, the hateful lessons of her youth slowly consumed her, and like too many others, she attempted to silence those demons with alcohol and thoughts of suicide.

But as an adult, she is now a powerful advocate for her culture and dignity. By exploring the devastating impact of the Canadian government’s educational system on the minds and spirits of First Nation children, Beatrice aims to expose the negative impact these multifaceted, inhuman legislative polices have had on her community. Tragically, these practices continue to have a grave, detrimental impact on the well-being of First Nations people.

In The Bosom of Abraham, she celebrates the incredibly resilient First People. Canada’s systematic and multigenerational attempt to eradicate their cultural ceremonies and languages failed. The ancient cultural knowledge and strength of First Nations people survives today, which ensures the survival of future generations. The Bosom of Abraham is the story of Beatrice’s journey as a child, a daughter and a student—who resists the efforts of the system to crush her—into that of a woman, a warrior and a leader, in the effort to celebrate, protect and preserve her cultural and personal heritage.

About the Author

Beatrice Blue Pipe is a Nakoda-Cree woman from the Whitebear First Nation Community in southeastern Saskatchewan. A certified life-skills coach, she advocates for cultural programming, as well as the preservation and restoration of the Nakoda language and culture. Beatrice graduated with honours from the University of Brandon in Manitoba.

Deb JulienneWhile some say truth is stranger than fiction, Deb Julienne’s experience runs more along the lines of a slap-stick comedy. When life tosses you lemons the only thing to do is to turn it into Limoncello. After writing for almost 20 years, she’s about to be an overnight success. Her life, like her comedies, has been one big fat romantic comedy…or errors. It’s not a matter of “if” it can go wrong, but how bad when it does happen, and make no mistake…it will. Survival with a sense of humor is the goal. Joking aside, Deb’s dream of being published came true with the release of her first book, Sex, Lies and Beauty Aids, which was released March 2014. Since then she’s added to more to her collection of tales. Sex, Secrets, & Happily Ever Afters, and A Splash of Romance in the Crashing into Love Anthology. As a long time member of both Romance Writers of America (RWA) and her local RWA Chapter, the Sacramento Valley Roses, she fills the hours she’s not writing romantic comedy and romantic suspense with her day job at a Silicon Valley Corporation, playing in the kitchen concocting her award-winning jams, jellies, preserves, and sauces (with alcohol of course). Born and raised in San Jose, California, she now resides in the Tahoe National Forest Basin, her own little bit of heaven on Earth, with her husband of 34 years, their three sons and one daughter, and two very precocious grand kids, with a third on the way.

Hi and thanks for visiting my blog! I’m glad you stopped by! Hoping to have new posts up frequently, but…well…you know how it is. But I’ll do my best! Important professional stuff: I’ve been a writer all my life, even—gasp!—getting paid for it, sometimes even—double gasp!—in full-time jobs. I’ve also worked as an editor and proofreader, which makes my novels, if nothing else, very clean. Of course, in publishing terms that means very few grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors, but it is tempting to legally change my name to Paul’s Grandfather. (Obscure reference clarification here.) After I quit my last full-time job about five years ago to stay home and raise my son, my husband said I should “knock out a few dozen romance novels over a couple of weekends” to get filthy rich. Hah! He’s a funny guy. In a misguided kind of way. Still, the idea of getting back to writing fiction after many years in the nonfiction biz was intriguing, so I joined NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) and jumped right in. Overnight success took three and a half years. And of course I’ve got no guarantee of that success thing, overnight or not. My first contemporary romance, By Design, was published (e-book) by Kensington in May and my second, Unscripted, in August, and my third, Down on Love, in November. My fourth, a followup to Down on Love, will be published in July. Important personal stuff: I live in a small village in western New York with my husband, son, and a very sweet senior-citizen basement kitteh who loves nothing more than going outside, where she sits on the front walk and wonders why she begged to go outside. I’d post a picture, but she always looks stoned. Too much ‘nip, perhaps? When I’m not hard at work on another novel (or, rather, when I should be hard at work on another novel), I can usually be found frittering away stupid amounts of time on Facebook. Check in with me there (“Jayne Denker Author”) or on Twitter (@JDenkerAuthor). You can also drop me an e-mail (Jayne.Denker@gmail.com) anytime—I’d love to hear from you.
